This graph, based on Oregon Department of Corrections figures from May 1, 2000, shows the number of Measure 11 offenders by crime, including those in prison and at the Oregon Youth Authority. The total population was 3126.

Where two numbers are shown, the first is the number convicted of the crime in the first degree and the second is the number convicted of the crime in the second degree, except for attempted murder where the first number is the number convicted of attempted aggravated murder and the second is the number convicted of attempted murder. Where only one number is given, either there is no second degree crime or it is not a Measure 11 crime.
